Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Delivery

Free world wide shipping for all orders over 700 Euros.

For orders below 700 Euros:

Greece: 5 - 10 euros (DHL Express Shipping 1-2 Working Days)

Cyprus: 20 Euros (DHL express shipping 1-3 Working Days)

Europe: 20 – 35 Euros (DHL express shipping 3-5 Working Days)

USA, Canada, Mexico: 25 – 45 Euros (DHL express shipping 3-5 Working Days)

Rest of the world: 30 – 50 Euros (DHL express shipping 5-6 Working Days)

The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout.

The estimation is performed according to the weight of items and their destination.

We deliver orders anywhere in the U.S. and to 230 countries all over the world.

If your order total amounts to 700 Euros or more, we will deliver your order to any place for free.

We ship all orders with DHL express shipping.

We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover.

Sales taxes and duties

Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) will be subject to custom taxes and duties.

This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods.

Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.

PARK HOUSE does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in Piraeus Bank’s secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, and Diners. If you click on “Authorize Payment” you are confirming that the card belongs to you.

PAYPAL

PARK HOUSE welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
